A framework that allows you to easily process all frames of a video
Convert video to anime by using the framework that allows we to process existing video files as we like.

After all, a video is like a flip book with a huge amount of images, and in
order to process the video, we have to process all the frames, right?
Oh no.
With SemanticImage, we can easily process our videos as we like.
With a library called SemanticImage , we can easily process videos with just a few lines of code.
All we have to do is write the process we want to do to a frame of the video, and SemanticImage will process all the frames.
Specific procedure
Add SemanticImage to your project in SwiftPackageManager and import it.
All you have to do now is call the video processing function.
I tried to convert a video to an anime
In the frame processing part of the above function, I put the code to process with AnimeGAN downloaded from CoreML-Models .
Also for filters and machine learning image processing
By adding CIFilter and other machine learning model processing to the frame processing part, you can easily process various videos.
